The Challenge
The workplace resources team of the Client organisation appointed a leading real estate provider to deliver a global outsourcing service. PACS were commissioned to lead the global sourcing programme to deliver a commercial and operational platform on which the partnership could develop. The client portfolio included the US, China and EMEA covering mixed accommodation (industrial, office and manufacturing). The workplace resources had responsibility for all building related services, project management and the delivery of administration services.
The Solution
PaCS developed an “Opportunity Analysis” for each geographic area to benchmark costs, service levels and processes. The analysis identified areas for improvement including significant cost reductions and areas for service improvement.
