The Challenge
The Real Estate department of the Client commissioned a commercially based review of their Facility Management operations which served their 8,000 locations totaling 9.0M m2 of industrial, office and mixed accommodation throughout Italy. The Facility Management organisation had responsibility for all building related services, project management and the delivery of administration services
The Solution
The review was based upon a “gap analysis” methodology that investigated the potential actions necessary for the internal Facility Management group to operate on a commercial basis. Essential to the study was the Consultants understanding of the corporate environment and the politics of change.
