- Global real estate organisation wanted to challenge the conventional wisdom of first stabilize, then centralize, then integrate/outsource and then innovate. The client wanted to outsource Globally and simultaneously centralize, drive efficiency synergies and deliver operational excellence in one program.
- The target was to outsource 102 Countries in 12 months.
- The PACS team were engaged as change managers to lead the transition program on behalf of the client.
- The change program was monitored centrally via the PMO organisation, with a robust governance structure to quickly escalate and resolve any issues.
- The PACS team employed resources in Dubai, Singapore, Germany and the UK to drive the program an advise the client as to what is possible and can be achieved.
