  • PACS provided an advisory and project management role on behalf of the client throughout the mobilization phase.
  • PACS reviewed the proposal documents covering service delivery, commercial framework and performance management arrangements to advise on the structure and content of the Services Agreement.
  • PACS reviewed the proposed contractual documents on behalf of the client and assessed their suitability for the implementation and management of the services.
