RESPONSIBILITIES
Colin is Managing Director of Property and Change Solutions Limited and is responsible for developing and delivering client assignments and providing operational management for existing client relationships. The primary focus of the business is to make things happen, turning best practice theory into tangible results. The team focuses on high value change management services delivering best practice Property and Facilities Management Solutions.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Colin joined AT&T in 1987 and transferred to NCR Corporation in 1995. Colin’s responsibilities included strategic real estate planning, transactions, facilities management and project management services across EMEA. The AT&T portfolio consisted of over 19.6m ft², 650 locations and accommodated in excess of 27,000 employees.

Colin joined Trigon in 1997 to develop the consultancy side of the business and managed a number of strategic facilities management accounts. Over a two year period his contribution to the business doubled the client base and brought the company into a profit making position for the first time in its short history. Colin held responsibility for a number of key accounts with Blue Chip Corporate clients. Within CB Richard Ellis Colin held positions of account director and established a new consulting line of business before becoming the Managing Director for FM across EMEA. Colin is a highly experienced property professional, with a good balance of commercial and corporate experience.

EDUCATION
Colin achieved a Post Graduate Diploma (DMS) in Management Studies at the University of Central England. He is also qualified in Mechanical Engineering and part-qualified in Electrical Engineering.
