- Responsibilities
- Anne Silver is a Facilities Management Consultant with PAC Solutions and has responsible for developing a range of facilities management consultancy services.
- Professional Experience
- Anne worked for Nokia for approximately 11 years within UK Real Estate team. Anne was Facilities Manager responsible for all UK sites and around 30 FTEs property and facilities management personnel.
Most importantly her role was to establish the UK as the first country to implement the Global Facilities and Real Estate platform aimed at maximising performance, improving standards and benefiting from the economies and consistency of a global operation. Anne was personally responsible for developing many of the policies, processes and tools used as the framework for other countries. Anne then rolled these processes out across Europe.
Prior to this project Anne project managed the construction, fitout and occupation of Nokia’s major new site at Southwood.
Prior to Nokia Anne managed an Underwriting Services team of thirty people, responsible for risk assessment, premium calculation and policy documentation production for Royal Insurance.
