- Responsibilities
- Elspeth Stewart is a Facilities Management Consultant. Responsible for the ongoing development, training and client support of PACS-TOOLS.
- Professional Experience
- Prior to joining PACS, Elspeth worked as a Facilities Management Consultant with CB Richard Ellis. Initially with NCR on Change Management projects, throughout Western Europe, she then went on to work on operational change and bidding projects for various other clients. She worked as Bid Leader on the Deutsche Bank bid and then became operational change manager when CB Richard Ellis won the account. Initially employed as a junior surveyor for a Local Authority organisation, Elspeth joined an ‘in-house’ facilities management team at a City of London Solicitor’s firm. From there she joined two large London Real Estate Companies, in succession, with a remit to concentrate on the needs of the tenant. Elspeth was then employed as Property Manager for the Emirates Bank Group of Companies, based in Dubai.
Initially Elspeth’s role was to monitor the ‘in-house’ property department to ensure value, however her role grew to management of all new projects, agency, lease administration, design coordination, contract procurement and strategy management for around 50 properties in 4 countries. Elspeth has 14 years experience in property, for national and international clients. She has experience in facilities, property, project and change management, as well as quality assurance and surveying.
- Education
- Elspeth attended Napier University in Edinburgh and achieved BSc.(Hons) in Building Engineering & Management in 1992.
