- Responsibilities

Paul Hutchinson is a Information Technology Consultant with PAC Solutions and provides full life cycle support to the ongoing development and implementation of all new and existing PACS Tools; as part of the consultancy team this includes supporting development, data migration, testing, project management and post sales.
Paul is the focal point for all user account enquiries, customisation requests, reporting requirements and 1st line troubleshooting for PACS Tools technical issues. Paul also delivers all web conference based product training to new and existing global end-users.
- Professional Experience

Prior to joining PACS, Paul worked for 7 years as the IT Administrator for the Trammell Crow Company (EMEA), providing implementation and technical support for all company wide hardware and software platforms in a Microsoft Windows environment.
During this period, Paul helped configure & roll out Archibus to 5 client sites in the UK, allowing connectivity to business critical CAFM tools. Paul was also responsible for the set up, configuration and training of the Trammel Crow Company (EMEA) intranet portal, providing access to 100+ staff based at 8 client sites around the UK.
