How much does it cost?

The pricing framework for PACS-TOOLS is based on the scope of use, number of tools the client wishes to use, volume of activity, number of users and volume of data stored.  The fees are billed monthly plus VAT based on an annual contract for use of the tools.

Fee Example:

Client A has a portfolio of 20 building’s within the UK and would like to use PACS-MARK, PACS-SHARE and PACS-SOURCE.  The client requires access for 5 users with full access to each tool.  This will provide the client the ability to;

• Upload all property details and run internal cost, service level and space utilisation benchmarking reports across it’s own portfolio
• Fully utilise the contract management database and run sourcing reports as required
• Fully utilise the PACS-SHARE tool providing a document management capability for unlimited projects
• Ability to upload and store up to 1gb of data across the site

The client would typically pay a fixed monthly fee of 2,000 per month plus VAT

Additional fees;

• Bespoke programming or structural changes to the tools required by the client – charged at £xx/hour
• Each external benchmark requested from PACS for client properties
• <10,000 SQM                £500 per property (PACS provide up to 4 benchmark locations)
• >10,000 SQM                £1,000 per property
• Each sourcing event operated by client
• £1,250 per event
• A monthly fee of £25.00 per user for each person invited by the client to join a PACS-SHARE project
• Additional storage over 1gb is charged at £xx/gb
