THE CHALLENGE
The Client, a Global Retail and Investment Bank wanted to consolidate the supplier base and make significant savings across it’s FM operations. It was a group wide Global program that impacted all business units across the group with a high number of key stakeholders to manage
THE SOLUTION
PACS were appointed as Program Lead on the Global Outsourcing Project to deliver the change. This included developing and implementing a competitive sourcing strategy to test the market, gathering due diligence on current operation, facilitating the supplier selection process and completing commercial analysis of bids through to business case recommendation.
PACS provided advice on organisation design, management of critical facilities, people change, transition plan, communications, engagement and stakeholder management
Our Program Management Office provided weekly update reports, the overall program plan, critical path analysis, RAID logs, stakeholder briefing packs and program governance requirements
THE BENEFITS
A regional provider was appointed to support the other 2 regions within a specific geographical area where the FM market is still in the early stages of maturity.
A single service partner was selected for 4 of the 6 regions and annual savings of circa £60m were delivered.
